شرح موقعیت شغلی

Niksam is an international AI software development company building scalable AI and software products.

We are looking for a Hands-on Technical Engineering Manager with strong previous experience as a software developer to lead technical execution across our AI and full-stack products.

This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with developers, understand the codebase, review technical decisions, identify blockers, and contribute to the code when needed.

You will work directly with the CTO and engineering team to improve product delivery, code quality, architecture, and development speed.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead technical execution across AI, backend, frontend, and mobile products
  •  Work closely with developers to resolve technical blockers
  •  Translate product requirements into clear technical plans
  •  Review PRs, code quality, architecture, and implementation decisions
  •  Guide developers on backend, frontend, API design, and system architecture
  •  Contribute to the codebase when needed, especially in critical or blocking situations 
  •  Improve engineering workflows, delivery process, documentation, and release quality 
  •  Help the team use AI-assisted development tools effectively 

Required Skills & Experience

  •  Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer / full-stack developer
  •  Strong practical experience with Node.js
  •  Strong experience with NestJS
  •  Strong experience with Next.js
  •  Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, databases, and scalable systems
  •  Ability to review and evaluate code quality, architecture, and implementation approach
  •  Experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment, cloud infrastructure, and QA workflows
  •  Ability to identify technical risks, weak decisions, and delivery bottlenecks 
  •  Strong communication and execution skills 
  •  Good English communication skills 

Nice to Have

  •  Experience with Python
  •  Experience building AI products, LLM applications, or AI agents
  •  Experience with Flutter or mobile development
  •  Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, cloud services
  •  Experience with SaaS or B2B software products

AI & Engineering Tools

Experience with modern AI-assisted development workflows is a strong advantage, especially:

  • Claude Code
  • OpenAI Codex
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Cursor
  • Prompt Engineering
  • AI-assisted coding workflows
  • AI automation / agent workflows

Important Note

This is a hands-on technical leadership role.

The candidate should be able to read code, review code, challenge technical decisions, guide developers, and contribute to the codebase when needed.

Candidates with only AI research, product management, or non-technical project management experience are not a good fit for this role.
