شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a growing AI-focused software team building modern web products for an international market.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend background to design, build, and scale the core services behind our AI-powered products.

This is a backend-first role. You will take ownership of backend services, technical decisions, code quality, and feature delivery while collaborating closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams.


What You’ll Do

  •  Build scalable backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
  •  Design APIs, data models, authentication flows, and real-time features 
  •  Improve performance, reliability, database queries, caching, and background jobs 
  •  Collaborate with frontend engineers using React and Next.js
  •  Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and production releases 
  •  Take ownership of features from technical design to delivery

 What We’re Looking For 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
  •  Solid understanding of API design, system architecture, OOP, SOLID, and clean code 
  •  Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, JWT, RBAC, OAuth, Redis, queues, and background jobs
  •  Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment workflows 
  •  Good working knowledge of React.js and Next.js
  •  Ability to understand product requirements, explain technical trade-offs, and improve existing codebases 
  •  Experience working in an Agile product team

AI-Assisted Engineering

We expect developers to actively use modern AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools in their daily workflow.

You should be able to use AI for implementation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation — while also being able to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code independently.


 Nice to Have 

  •  Experience with LLM APIs or AI product integrations
  •  Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, monitoring, or observability 
  •  Experience with payment gateways, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure 
  •  Experience mentoring developers or conducting code reviews
