Job Description
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Coaching and consulting leadership about HR matters
• Being a company culture and employee experience champion
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and
increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Suggest organization development solution
• Suggest new HR strategies

•Data literacy
• Business acumen
• coaching skills
• Superb problem-solving skills
• A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion,
performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee
and union relations, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
• Good change management and project management capabilities
