استخدام Project Controller Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

To help the team to define project plan; to maintain project resources (time, HR and funding); monitor projects milestones and deliverables; to provide periodical status report by analyzing the progress of project against the work schedule; to support the team to overcome challenges/ blockers and propose work around to help project execution; to recommend actions for improvement.

Age: 25 - 34 years

Gender: Men / Women

Military Service Status: -

Work Experience: 1 Year in Similar Position

Education: At least BS in project management, Industrial management, Industrial engineering, Entrepreneurship, BBA, MBA and relevant field

Language:

English Upper Intermediate

Software:

MS Project Advanced

Responsibilities and Skills:

- Monitor project execution

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Team player and motivated.

- Manage meetings and output the related MOMs and other routine project control tasks

- Coordinate activities of personnel

- Monitor project resources (Schedule, staff and budget)

- Identify and resolve problems

- Measure the defined Project KPIs

- Data collection and analysis

- Prepare daily project status update

- Prepare periodical reports (weekly/monthly)

- Prepare presentation of project plan (at the beg.) and outcomes (after full execution)

- Exposure to software development is an advantage
