We develop, fund, and scale next-generation entertainment technologies that empower creators and players worldwide.

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to help us grow our multi-country team and shape the culture of our fast-moving ecosystem. You’ll manage core HR processes, talent acquisition, contracts, and team engagement across our portfolio companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage recruitment pipelines, job postings, and candidate communication
  • Draft and manage employment and contractor agreements (in collaboration with legal & finance)
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across ventures
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with EU employment regulations
  • Support founders with performance reviews, compensation structures, and team well-being
  • Organize internal events, workshops, and team offsites
  • Assist in refining N5’s hiring brand and HR tech stack
Who You Are

  • 5+ years of HR or people operations experience (startup or VC experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Iran and EU employment law and cross-border hiring
  • Organized, proactive, and people-centered
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
  • Passionate about innovation, gaming, and technology
