Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager (APM) will work closely with the Product Manager to drive execution, facilitate communication between engineering, business development, and other teams, and assist in tracking sprint progress. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  


 
Key Responsibilities


1. Product Execution & Sprint Management

- Assist in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.  
- Track sprint progress, task completion, and blockers, ensuring timely delivery.  
- Maintain and update project management tools with accurate task statuses.  
- Help prioritize backlog items based on business and technical requirements.  



2. Cross-Team Coordination
 
- Act as a liaison between developers, QA, business development, and marketing teams. 
- Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items for follow-ups.  
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap and business objectives.  



3. Communication & Documentation
 
- Prepare internal reports on sprint progress, KPIs, and risks.  
- Assist in drafting PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.  
- Help create presentations for stakeholders on product updates.  



4. Research & Analysis 

- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.  
- Conduct competitive analysis and user feedback synthesis.  



Requirements (Hard Skills) 

- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a similar role (internship experience considered).  
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Youtrack  
- Basic understanding of financial markets and/or blockchains.
- Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.  
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs).

- Highly organized – can manage multiple tasks without missing details.  
- Proactive & collaborative – takes initiative to solve problems before they escalate.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
 
- Experience in trading or research in financial markets (stocks/crypto/etc)  
- Technical knowledge or experience in fintech and/or financial markets.
