• Planning and monitoring personnel contracts updates.
•  Monitoring and supervising updates of the statistics and personnel information bank.
•  Supervising matters related to social security insurance, and supplementary insurance.
•  Planning and improving the service process of the operation team.
•  Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•  Administering compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
•  Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Providing analytical and specialized reports
