Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize and evaluate the effectiveness of training & development programs
- To administer the performance evaluation system and help to improve the process
- To implement the knowledge management process
- To help to develop HR policies and procedures
- To prepare analytical HR reports
Requirements:
- B.A. / M.A. in Management (Preferably Human Resources Management)
- 2 years of relevant work experience is a plus
- HR knowledge (Especially Training, Performance Management and KM)
- Good command of data analytic tools (e.g. Excel / Power BI)
- Good command of English Language (Intermediate)
