Responsibilities:

- Manage the conflicts between the employees and handle the complaints.
- Manage the HR department's performance.
- Plan to improve the employees’ productivity and develop the individual and specialized skills.
- Review, monitor, and formulate the policies and processes of the relevant teams.
- Provide up-to-date human resource strategies.
- Compile the career paths.
- Create morale and increase the productivity and work closely with managers and employees.
Requirements:
- At least B.A. degree in the related majors.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in HR fields.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Perceptive, management, and planning skills.
- Spontaneity and agility.
- Crisis management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of all areas of human resources.
- The skill of developing processes.
- Skill in design and work with management dashboards.
