شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Responsibilities:

• Implementation of welfare programs and employee benefits in order to comply with human capital strategies in the organization

• Implementation of suggested programs related to employees' travel and tourism in order to increase the morale and motivation of employees

• Follow-up and implementation of sports programs of employees in order to create vitality and maintain vitality and health of employees

• Pursuing and implementing matters related to the housing cooperative in order to increase the welfare of employees

• Conduct welfare related surveys to ensure employee input

• Follow-up and implementation of matters related to holding team buildings and conferences and other staff gatherings in order to strengthen staff communication. 

• Responding to colleagues about welfare issues in order to create transparency and resolve possible ambiguities
