Visa specialist at MyArman is responsible for preparing visa applications based on the communicated guidelines. The visa specialist receives and categorizes documents from applicants, sends the online visa application, and assists the applicant throughout the visa acquisition process.
What we expect from this position:
• Performing assigned tasks through customer relationship management within the given time frame.
• Responding to student inquiries regarding visa application documents and procedures.
• Receiving and evaluating documents submitted by students.
• Informing students of the status of their visa application.
• Writing financial cover letters.
• Sending visa applications.
• Responding to and following up on visa applications until results are obtained.
• Referring complaints to the team leader and manager.

Requirements for this Role:
• English language proficiency.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and focus on specifics.
• Adherence to guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook software.
• Ability to create and modify PDF files, especially with Foxit PhantomPDF software.
• Familiarity with visa application processes of different countries and experience in preparing visa applications is a positive point.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and focus on specifics.
• Adherence to guidelines.
