MrBilit is focused on delivering reliable and high-quality online travel services. We're looking for a skilled QA Specialist to join our development team and contribute to improving our product quality.
Position Overview:
As a QA Specialist at MrBilit, you will collaborate closely with our product and development teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and address any issues, ultimately improving the robustness and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement test plans and procedures to identify bugs and issues based on product acceptance criteria.
Initially focus on manual testing to thoroughly identify errors, including edge cases and common customer scenarios.
Develop a structured approach to prioritize test cases by analyzing the correlation between various product components, ensuring that all critical areas are covered.
Create a hierarchy of issues, working closely with senior team members to ensure that high-priority areas are addressed first.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of system performance during real-time operation.
Analyze test results and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Review product release candidates to ensure they meet quality standards and identify potential defects.
Track, document, and follow up on identified issues, ensuring their resolution.
Contribute to the long-term vision of developing and implementing automated testing processes.
Provide expertise and guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.

Ability to identify and analyze software defects and performance issues.
Familiarity with non-functional testing and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Basic knowledge of automated testing concepts, with a willingness to contribute to future automation efforts.
Experience with database management (SQL).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, adapting to different instructions and requirements.
Experience in a similar QA role, with a focus on manual testing and a readiness to evolve towards automation.
