About the Role:
The Account Manager position at Zeema is a leading sales role where you will work with other innovative companies to help them understand the potential of raising capital on Zeema. Every day, you will speak to entrepreneurs interested in raising capital and convert these opportunities into Zeema clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including creating and executing outbound processes to close a pipeline of customers. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities:
· Create and implement a detailed sales strategy and plan, focusing on converting interested companies raising capital to Zeema clients and increasing the pipeline of new customers.
· Leverage connections to access high-potential companies.
· Track and publish weekly reports using quantitative results.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations, helping the Zeema team stay ahead of the competition.
· Effectively communicate the value and impact of our products to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and act as a reliable advisor for their business.
· Work closely with teams in Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Business Development, and Operations to continually develop, refine, and offer innovative products to our customers.
Other characteristics of the ideal candidate:
· Over 5 years of experience as an account executive, with Mid Market/Enterprise sales.
· Experience in the financial sector is a must.
· Demonstrated sales expertise with a strong track record in negotiation and deal closure.
· Recommended: Knowledge of CRM.
· Results-oriented, highly competitive, and motivated with the ability to meet/exceed department metrics/measures.
· Problem solver with a professional service-oriented attitude.
· Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
· BA/BS degree.
