Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deeply understand user needs and craft research that informs product design.
  • Design and conduct user studies, including surveys, usability testing, and interviews, to validate hypotheses and drive design decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that can be clearly communicated to stakeholders and team members.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure research findings are integrated into product designs effectively.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in UX research to continuously improve our practices.
  • Present research findings and strategic guidance to stakeholders to influence product direction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of UX research experience in a dynamic, agile work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in conducting high-quality qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Proficiency with UX research tools and platforms such as UserTesting, Lookback, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
  • A track record of using research to positively impact the user experience and product strategy. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing banking and financial products.
