The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly strategic, business-minded, and growth-oriented Digital Growth, Branding & Positioning Strategist to help shape how our brands and partner projects are positioned, understood, discovered, and trusted online.
This is not a traditional SEO-only or content-only role.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands brand strategy, creative concept ideation, visual & verbal identity clarity, full-funnel marketing, lead generation mechanics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance campaigns, positioning, conversion psychology, SEO & AI-search visibility, authority building, customer trust, website messaging, content direction, and modern AI-driven digital ecosystems.
You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to help improve:
Brand equity, identity, creative concept development, and market positioning across various digital assets
Digital visibility & authority building
Lead acquisition & conversion funnels (CRO)
Inbound & outbound marketing alignment
Website clarity & conversion flow
Long-term growth structure & campaign performance
Core Responsibilities
Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop creative ideas for new branding projects and multi-site campaigns
Shape, refine, and maintain brand identity, voice, and overall digital presence across our platforms and digital properties
Improve website messaging, structure, clarity, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) flow
Help position our offerings clearly within the Irish and European SME market, ensuring a premium and trusted brand perception
Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns
Support SEO and AI-search visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and emerging AI-search ecosystems
Help improve digital authority, trust signals, and market perception
Research customer psychology, competitor positioning, and digital visibility opportunities
Help shape content direction, website structure, and growth strategy aligned with core brand values
Improve landing pages, CTA structures, user journeys, and lead conversion logic
Analyze website performance, search visibility, campaign ROI, and conversion-related metrics
Collaborate closely with the founder and the content/social media team to align communication, positioning, brand consistency, and marketing campaigns

Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for digital positioning and branding from scratch
Strong understanding of branding principles, brand positioning, and identity development
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, lead generation, and CRO principles
Strong understanding of modern SEO and AI-search ecosystems
Ability to simplify complex business offerings into clear, compelling, and brand-aligned market-facing communication
Experience improving website clarity, authority, trust, and lead conversion rates across multiple web properties
Understanding of content ecosystems, landing pages, and growth funnels
Strategic and analytical thinking
Familiarity with tools such as:
Google Search Console, GA4
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity (for CRO insights)
Marketing automation and CRM tools
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B brand building or premium agency positioning
Hands-on experience with paid advertising ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign management
Experience working with SMEs or B2B service businesses
Understanding of AI visibility and GEO trends
Basic UX/UI understanding for conversion optimization
Copywriting and content structuring ability
Important Note
This role is strategic in nature and works closely with the founder. The objective is not only to improve traffic, but to help shape how our brands are perceived as premium, understood, trusted, recommended, and converted into real business opportunities (leads and clients) across modern search, marketing, and AI ecosystems.
