Responsibilities:
· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
· Design job profile and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
· Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports
· Support in implementing On-Boarding program, ensuring every new employee is on-boarded
· Communicate with hiring managers and participate in interview
· Design recruitment pipeline for each position
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (Startup background preferred)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with competency based interview
- Max age: 29
- Passionate and intelligent
