As a Field sales supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Courier Acquisition stations to achieve courier acquisition goals. You will develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-quality couriers and lead recruiting efforts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the courier acquisition process, track progress, and analyze data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Courier Acquisition stations to achieve courier acquisition goals
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-quality couriers, including targeted recruiting efforts and referral programs
- Analyze data to track progress and measure success.
- Develop and coach Courier Acquisition stations to achieve their full potential and exceed performance expectations
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies and initiatives
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed business decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
