As a Sales supervisor, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of high-performing sales professionals. you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the sales team, setting goals and targets, and ensuring that our clients receive a high level of service.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Coach and train the sales team to improve their performance and skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  •  Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
