We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Miare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new couriers, ensuring the growth of our delivery network and meeting the increasing demand for fast and reliable delivery services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive courier acquisition strategy
- Identify and target potential couriers to join the Miare network
- Supervise Team to Train and onboard new couriers to ensure they meet Miare's standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve courier acquisition processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the on-demand delivery industry
