Miare is seeking a skilled Operations Excellence Manager who will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within the company. As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward operational goals.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress and measure the success of improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking out new tools and techniques to drive operational excellence.
• Control and improve operational indicators.
• Identify and manage risks associated with operations.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and online spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage work challenges.
