- Remote Team Management
- Implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates aligned with the company's values and culture
- Identify and develop customized training needs and programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive rewards and benefits programs for employees
- Analyze competitive company offerings and meet market standards
- Full knowledge of labor laws and regulations and a strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a variety of sectors
- Ability to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce retention
- Planning and managing interviews between candidates and managers for recruitment
- Timely maintenance and updating of ATS with candidate information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
