• Design the UI/UX of MamanPaz applications and website to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide design guidance and establish UI/UX standards to ensure consistency with our brand identity.
• Conduct user tests and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Accurately understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions and proposals.

• Minimum of 2 successfully implemented projects in UI/UX design.
• Ability to benchmark against industry standards and provide best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or other design and prototyping tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and provide design solutions.
• Familiarity with popular design systems and frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and implementing user behavior analysis methods for a deeper understanding of user needs.
• Sufficient experience in creating and executing Wireframes, Prototypes, Storyboards, and User Flows.
• Knowledge of user interface tests, including Usability Testing and Heatmap analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
