شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, have excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including printing travel cards for tourists and activating cards in bank panels.
  • Coordinate the sending of cards via postal services and occasionally deliver them in person in Tehran.
  • Work with Excel and Word for data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in gathering data from the internet and conducting research as needed.
  • Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Perform general office duties to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over email and phone.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of postal services and local delivery processes in Tehran is a plus.
Working Hours:

  • Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Tehran at Finnova Coworking space around Vali Asr Square.
