استخدام Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (خانم)

Key Accountabilities



The position will include the following responsibilities:



  • Reviews resumes and employment applications. Interviews and screens applicants for behavioral competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively
  • Coordinates the conduct of reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record
  • Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications and resumes
  • Assists managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of most qualified candidates
  • Participates in and formulates basic recommendations in the development of short and long-range manpower and employment objectives considering such factors as corporate growth objectives, manpower availability, employment lead time requirements and the like

  • Determining ad placement and coordinating advertising schedules in appropriate media
  • Plans and conducts college recruiting programs
  • Establishes and maintains contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, college placement centers and related organizations
  • Develop innovative strategies using research in the latest recruitment trends to provide recommendations to management on how to optimize and integrate these trends into daily practice.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of great candidates
  • Draft, refine and adapt job descriptions by identifying core competencies required for key roles
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Identifies challenging job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
  • Analyzes the recruitment performance, cost per hire, and time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
  • Lead employer-branding initiatives
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Strong command of data and analytics; uses data to influence change

Candidate Profile



The successful candidate will have the following:


Education:


· University degree in HR or +5 years of recruiting experience


· Demonstrated progress towards human resource designation (SPHRI,PHRI&etc)


Experience:


·       Three to five years of experience in in talent acquisition


·       Experience in financial services or capital market would be an asset


Competencies and Attributes:



  • Full-cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (Software / Engineering-led businesses)
  • Experience using and adapting multiple sourcing strategies to meet the needs of technical recruitment activities
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English skills (Intermediate in Writing and Reading)
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles can be an advantage
  • Motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Word

Working Days:

  •       Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 to 17:00
