Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of desktop computers, applications and related technologies.
- Responsible for support for all computer and communications systems, networking and server side maintenance.
- Applicant must provide professional, prompt and courteous assistance for all computing devices and applications.
- Troubleshoot and replace hardware, hard drives, memory, and other networking peripherals. Install operating systems, reload, desktops and notebooks.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of common end user software: Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, web browsers, email, etc.
- Experience supporting an environment of Windows and Mac computers.
- Ability to work with different types of software and applications, troubleshoot IT hardware, and test and fix network wiring.
- Familiar with active and passive network principles
- Familiar with VOIP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with
- Must be resourceful and be able to multitask in a high pressure environment.
