As the subject matter expert, you will work closely across teams to map and refine the most complex customer experiences. Using insights gained from research, you will provide recommendations to complex problems for enhancement and product development prioritization based on user research findings.

The Legal Marketplace Product Analyst will work with the product team, to help drive activities relating to:
- Learn user needs
- User Flow
- Funnel analysis
- A/B Testing
- Listen to our users and iterate on our product
- Track and summarize all feedback and product/process issues - close the loop with our users and advocate for priority feedback to be incorporated into the product roadmap
- define and refine customer personas to drive product development and improve the customer experience.
- Define reporting requirements to ensure access to quantitative data regarding the customer experience.
- Work with UX researcher to minimize customer experience gaps between products.
- Research and communicate our customer’s journey, while working with Product Managers, User Experience Designers, business representatives, and technical team members to better understand based on quantitative and qualitative user experience research.
- Conduct complex research using industry-standard methods, which may include stakeholder interviews, user interviews, focus groups, data analysis, persona development, and other techniques to gather insights directly from users and customers.
- Gather and document user expectations and requirements as the subject matter expert for the user experience.
- Answer complex implementation questions using insights guided by research.
