Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions to enhance our platform's performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build machine learning models, and derive actionable insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build machine learning models, and derive actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and identify trends/patterns.
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and related fields.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with at least 4 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of English, both written and verbal.
