We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team in the field of CCTV. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systemsDiagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and softwareCommunicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve issues in a timely mannerDocument all support activities and resolutions in detailProvide training and guidance to customers and team members as needed
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systemsProficiency in English language with excellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of CCTV hardware and software, including DVRs, NVRs, Cameras, and VMS systemsFamiliarity with network protocols, IP addressing, and routing conceptsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsIf you meet these requirements and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in technical support, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
