With a small, agile team of 5, we are gearing up for an exciting product launch. Our app, website, and Chrome extension are designed to transform the way users engage with real estate. We operate in a remote and agile environment, fostering a flat company structure where everyone's voice is valued.

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at our startup, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our PropTech solution to market. Reporting directly to the founder, you will work collaboratively with the UX and Tech teams to define tasks, ensure completion, and contribute to the successful launch of our product. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong English communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate a flat organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Launch:
    1. Lead the end-to-end product development process, driving the successful launch of our PropTech solution.
    2. Collaborate closely with the UX and Tech teams to ensure the seamless integration of features into the app, website, and Chrome extension.
  2. User Acquisition:
    1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire the first set of users for our platform.
    2. Analyze market trends and user feedback to optimize user acquisition efforts.
  3. Task Definition and Execution:
    1. Define clear tasks and milestones for the development team, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
    2. Work hands-on with the team to drive task completion and meet project deadlines.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    1. Communicate effectively with the founder, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying potential challenges.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with remote and agile teams.
  • Ability to define tasks, prioritize effectively, and work hands-on to ensure task completion.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Prop-Tech or real-estate technology is a plus.
