- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure new features are smoothly adopted and deliver value to users.

- A proven track record of building and launching high-impact digital products.
- Passion for financial inclusion and the challenges we’re solving (e.g., savings, investments, payments, or financial literacy).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
- Strong communication skills—able to articulate ideas and justify product decisions.
- Analytical mindset (A/B testing, analytics, data-driven decision-making).
- Solid business analysis skills to align user needs with company goals.
- Ability to take an idea from concept to execution, delivering real user value.
