We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of back-office systems and operational workflows. This role demands a blend of creative and analytical skills to design and optimize user experiences that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user-centric interfaces for back-office and operational applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of the user experience across different platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly in back-office and operational flows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
