Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to facilitate and lead multiple teams in Agile, Lean, and SCRUM Methodologies
  • Provide program and team level coaching of department / program teams on Agile practices, principles, roles, artifacts, and mechanics
  • Leading teams and their partners as they learn and adopt Agile practices by supporting them through coaching, mentoring, facilitating and teaching
  • Perform similar activities where Agile support is needed for initiatives not using Scrum
  • Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our Development team
  • You will work with executives to promote Agile mindset and best practices towards delivery success
  • You will write new methodologies and development practices and will help to implement those
  • You will collect feedbacks from the development team and improve current process and practices
  • Act as an Agile Coach, concentrating on developing Execution leaders (RTE and Scrum Masters) and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide one agile release train
Qualifications:

  • PMP and CSM designations preferred
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methods/techniques (such as User Stories
  • At least 3 years experience in Agile Project Management
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO)
  • minimum of 2 years of experience assessing team performance
  • Will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Software Engineers
