شرح موقعیت شغلی

Associate Product Manager Job:

Keshtyaar is a Leading Middle-Eastern Startup company working in the field of agriculture and water. We help farmers and grain growers with decision support data using Remote Sensing Satellites Technology & AI.

  • Understanding market needs to get ideas for products that customers will want 
  • Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
  • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market     
  • Define product roadmap in line with strategic business goals and plans based on OKRs
  • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into requirements and detail the specification of a product feature
  • Write down the technical specifications of product feature and communicate with developers to implement the feature
  • Maintain internal documentation about the product specifications and process.
  • Grow an engaged audience by creating web and digital products that our user’s love
  • Responsible for developing features and creating content that drives organic growth to our product
  • Define and monitor KPIs and proactively take action where needed.
  • Ownership over the product backlog, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:

  • Fast learner and eager to grow
  • In love with creating loveable products.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data-oriented decision maker
  • (1+ years) experience working as APM, PM, Scrum Master, or related job. 
  • An eye for UI/UX design and being able to communicate with designers and developers
  • Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as GA, Mouseflow, Hotjar,...
  • Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodology
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
