Position Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to help build out digital transformation. We expect you to
have a strong technical background, business acumen, and customer focus. You will work with
existing product teams to build new product features and work across teams to develop the
roadmap, functional specifications, and designs of features that satisfy customer requirements,
owning the full product development process from ideation to launch. Your objectives will be
directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational
efficiency. You have a perfect analytical approach toward problem-solving, considering three
essential parts: Why, What, and How. We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to
join our full-time/part-time team in Tehran, Iran. Identify needs and challenges and proactively
drive solutions.
This position reports to the Director of Products.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal partners (design, engineering, user research, product marketing,
customer support, program management, and sales) to launch features that help
customers get to agreement faster
• Drive requirements and translate them to functional specifications for engineering and
design
• Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and
communicating the plan, progress, and success
• Become an authority on your area of responsibility and identify areas of opportunity
through research and data
• Prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning
• Review competitors and vendors in adjacent spaces for feature requirements and
comparisons to ensure a competitive and relevant product
Skills And Requirements
• 4+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience and a Master’s
degree
• Experience taking a product from concept to launch
• Experience with analytics and project management tools
• User experience: prior experience applying usability principles and practices, including
early and rapid prototyping, usability testing, cross-browser/platform, and design
constraints on the web and designing for accessibility and SEO
• Strong communication skills - presentation, written and verbal
