We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The Junior HR Generalist will provide essential support in various human resources functions and play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and participate in new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Support HR-related training and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in benefits administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary support and guidance.
  • Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
