شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Brand Manager to join our team at Jibit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products/services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Define and manage the brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that product launches and updates align with the brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media channels, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  •  5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
