- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Diamond Vendors.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand vendor needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and drive upselling initiatives.
- Proactively address vendor inquiries, issues, or challenges to ensure satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2C or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
