Job Description
We're seeking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and manage our comprehensive recruiting. In this exciting role you will join a Talent Acquisition team aligned to business units to deliver against the organization’s recruiting need.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
- Identify, attract ,and source hard-to-find passive talent and C-level individuals using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
- Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees
Requirements
- 2-5 years full cycle recruitment experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels
- Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Highly effective at making decisions and solving problems
- Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints
- Knowledge of social networks, ATS, and business connections.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized with strong sense of personal accountability and the desire to be responsive/fast when tasked with multiple requests
