Tech Lead (short version)

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. You will oversee the architecture, development, and deployment processes, providing leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and make key technical decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Mentor and support the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical oversight role.
  • Strong expertise in [specify relevant technologies, e.g., PHP, Laravel, cloud platforms, etc.].
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
