Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Sohrevardi (North), Tehran

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, aligning it with business goals. Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Technical Roadmap: Define and implement a robust technology roadmap. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on our services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of engineers, architects, and developers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
  • Infrastructure and Security: Oversee network infrastructure, data centers, and cybersecurity. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product managers to create innovative telecom products and services.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in technology leadership roles, preferably within the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, cloud technologies, and software development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Onsite presence required at our Sohrevardi office.
