Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Tehran, Ashrafi Isfahani (On-site)
Work Hours:
- Standard: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Alternative: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (for morning people)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the IT and tech industry.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
