Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our AI team at MTN Irancell Labs. The Tech Lead will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists and engineers, leading projects from conception to completion, and delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality AI products and services.
· Manage projects from conception to completion, including scoping, estimation, and tracking.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, as well as foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or data science.
· Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark.
· Proven track record of managing and leading technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
