We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic "Technical Team Lead" to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our exciting projects forward.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction of projects, provide technical solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Planning and Management: Participate in planning meetings, manage tasks, and prioritize work.
Product Management Collaboration: Consult with the product manager to ensure the technical alignment of the product with market needs.
Team Support: Mentor and support team members in their tasks, resolve technical issues, and foster a collaborative environment.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate team member performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to their professional growth.

Required Skills:

Backend Development Proficiency: Strong experience in backend development and proficiency in various architectures.
Python and Django/Flask Mastery: Ability to design and implement complex systems using these tools.
Web Protocols and Microservices Architecture Understanding: Deep understanding of how web services and distributed systems work.
Soft Skills: Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage time.
Advanced Technical Skills: Proficiency in software design principles, scalable architectures, DevOps, and SRE.
Passion for Learning: Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving goals and delivering practical solutions.
