شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • To Source And Find Proper Candidate For Each Job Vacancy In Collaboration With Related Manager.
  • To Assess Candidates For Recruitment/ Transfer/Promotion Using Different HR Selection Tools E.G. Belbin, PPA, Or Other Competency Based Interview Model.
  • To Ensure Each Individual Has The Correct Competencies And Job Requirements In Order To Meet Business Requirements.
  • To Conduct Salary Offer Process And Announce And Hold Job Offer Session.
  • To Implement And Follow Career Planning Program When Relevant Positions Are Advertised In Internal Channel.
  • To Provide Feedback To The Candidates Who Have Been Rejected In Interview Process.
  • To Use Different Social And Nonsocial Resources, Job Fairs And Collaboration With Top Ranking Universities To Gather & Collect Appropriate CVs And Submit Them To Relevant Managers.
  • Follow Up And Ensure Prompt Response On Referrals With Respect To New Employees With The Referees.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Education: 

  • BA In Human Resources / Industrial Psychology Or Related.
