We are seeking a skilled Campaign and Email Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Campaign and Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain current ones. You will use data-driven demand-generation strategies to achieve company goals and supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored for specific market segments.
  • Demand Generation: Formulate and execute data-driven strategies to generate demand.
  • Audience Targeting: Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint and engage target audiences.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email nurturing sequences, assessing their success and impact.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing across all marketing channels to optimize performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly compile and present detailed reports on campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Email Strategy Development: Build a comprehensive email marketing strategy, design and implement data-driven direct email campaigns, and conduct A/B tests to enhance email performance.
  • Weekly Reporting: Develop and deliver weekly reports with a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a tech startup environment.
  • Email Campaigns: Proven experience in running multiple email marketing campaigns.
  • Copywriting and Content Strategy: Strong skills in English copywriting and content strategy.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • English Language Level: Advance
