The ideal candidate will have a background in working within start-ups, a deep understanding of user flows, and a natural ability to empathize and communicate effectively with users. Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Understand and navigate user flows to assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing their experience.
  • Engage with users empathetically, demonstrating patience and understanding to foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of user interactions, issues, and solutions.
  • Innovate and contribute creative solutions to enhance the overall customer support process.
 


Qualification:


  • Proven experience in a customer support role within a start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of user flows and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adept at managing customer expectations.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning new tools and software.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.
  • English Language Level: Advance
 


Time zone: You should be located between GMT and GMT+04:00
