Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Understand and navigate user flows to assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing their experience.
- Engage with users empathetically, demonstrating patience and understanding to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of user interactions, issues, and solutions.
- Innovate and contribute creative solutions to enhance the overall customer support process.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in a customer support role within a start-up environment.
- Strong knowledge of user flows and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathetic, patient, and adept at managing customer expectations.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning new tools and software.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.
- English Language Level: Advance
