• An expert understanding of best practice account management with the ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives
• The jobholder must be creative and be able to effectively communicate key business messages to a diverse audience
• IT literate and strong computer skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights, then convert into creative recommendations 
• Ability to prioritize and produce accurate work meeting deadlines under pressure
• Project management skills 
• Full familiarity with application of software

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute a strategy to deliver daily revenue
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Able to demonstrate first class account management service for our customers
• developing, and shaping the contract business plan 
• Providing necessary data and interpret information to monitor performance of the account
• Ensuring and improving the delivery of service excellence across the accounts through maximizing efficiency and effectiveness, seeking opportunities for profit improvement
• Having a solid understanding of their client’s priorities, strategies and the common these in clients across the Industry segment
• Analyzing sales data and trends, knowing your customer and understanding what’s going on in the business
