Job Description:

Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.
Prioritizing customer queries and escalating serious technical issues to IT developers.
Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics.
Preparation of test scenarios based on the raised problem and test.
Preparation of relevant documents and presentation of reports
Provides engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within optimal design specifications.
Support and investigation of reported problems from previous support layers or customers and dealing with customer complaints.
Necessary analysis of the problems related to the errors that occurred and document it.
Essential responsibility for success in this role includes strong verbal and written communication, empathy, customer focus, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communicating with various technical and infrastructure teams to find out the problem and Provide solutions to the management to make a decision.

Required skills and software:

API testing by postman.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and solving technical system problems using systems thinking.
Ability to work in team environments and interact effectively with users and development teams.
Familiarity with network and infrastructure concepts.
Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Attention to detail
Extensive experience in resolving customer IT queries.
Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to write relevant Queries.
