Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development of technical projects, with a focus on e-commerce. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and Lightspeed is a plus. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development of technical projects, with a focus on e-commerce
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Manage project budgets and resources, including coordinating with web developers and freelancers
- Track project progress and identify potential issues, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered to meet the needs of the business and are aligned with business goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a web development or technology company
- Proven track record of delivering successful technical projects on time and on budget
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and processes, with a focus on e-commerce
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and Lightspeed is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
