About our Product:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative and user-centered solutions for our platform
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand our SME clients' needs, preferences, and pain points
• Develop and maintain user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions and ensure a cohesive user experience across our platform
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate collaboration with the development team
• Design and implement engaging, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces for our platform, ensuring consistency across different devices and screen sizes
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry best practices to optimize the user experience and drive platform adoption
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality throughout our platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Exceptional visual design skills, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color, and layout
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
